Hope & Glory is proudly a Melbourne-based recruitment agency placing contemporary marketing and communications professionals.
We're small - that's good! Being fleet of foot and accessible means that you won't get lost when you deal with us.
But our team and our associates all started in large agency businesses. Our technology and processes are as good as any.

How we work
How do we work? Well, we work hard. Hope & Glory takes a high touch and high quality approach in working with both employers and job seekers. We mark sure that briefs are clearly and effectively defined and that the right person is chosen to match each role.
We use best-in-breed technology to support us. But, at its core, our work remains of people for people.
Our successful approach is evidenced by the amount of repeat referral business - many stemming from relationships built over a 20+ year period.
Matt founded Hope & Glory in 2015 after a decade spent placing great marketing and communications people into great roles. He has worked with both large and small recruitment companies.
Matt also has prior 'hands on' experience in his chosen industry. He spent a decade working in tourism marketing in both the US and Australia - including promoting Australia to the US market as well as working in marketing roles for a hotel group and a global car rental business. Originally from the Netherlands, Yvonne van Zon is Hope & Glory's Project Consultant. She brings experience from a large marketing / digital agency setting having worked for Dentsu Aegis Network as a recruiter.
