Matt Harrison
Founder & Director
Matt Harrison is Hope & Glory’s Founder and Managing Partner.
Matt has over 18 years of experience in recruiting marketing, media, and communications roles. He is an keen participant and leader in the professional communities that revolve around these skills.
Prior to this, Matt had a marketing and communications career in the tourism industry both here in Australia and in the United States.
Lyndsey Walker
Executive Manager, Recruitment
Lyndsey has over 13 years experience recruiting in the Not for Profit, Education and Health markets, with a particular focus on Marketing, Communications and Media, in addition to Executive Search.
A passionate advocate of the sectors she works across, Lyndsey is driven by providing the best talent to organisations who support the wider community in health, services and learning, and has deep networks in Melbourne and beyond.
Maisie Sheffield
Senior Recruitment Consultant
In her role as Senior Recruitment Consultant, Maisie focuses on next generation talent across all industry verticals. Maisie is here for advice and support around roles in the $80K to $110K+ range.
Prior to joining Hope & Glory, Maisie gained valuable recruitment experience as a consultant at a national recruitment firm where she specialised in communications roles.
Maisie’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Monash University.
